Coravin Pivot+®

Coravin Pivot+ is built for everyday enjoyment of still wines. Its pioneering technology replaces your bottle’s closure with a special airtight stopper. 

As you pour, Pivot+ even aerates the wine on the fly to boost aroma and flavor, no separate decanting needed. The remaining wine is then shielded by pure argon gas, preserving freshness for up to four weeks.

How Pivot+ Works

Remove the original cork, insert the Pivot+ stopper with its cap open, then pour through the Pivot system. The built-in Pivot Aerator gently showers the wine with air for instant aeration. When you’re done, replace the cap to seal the bottle. 

The included argon capsule then replaces the poured wine with inert gas, forming a protective blanket over the remaining wine.
