What is Coravin Sparkling?
Coravin Sparkling® perfectly preserves the freshness and fizz of any champagne or sparkling wine for up to four weeks.
By placing a Coravin Sparkling Stopper on an open bottle and using the Coravin Sparkling Charger to charge the bottle with pure CO2 gas, the easy-to-use, fully portable system ensures the last glass from the bottle will taste just as good as the first.

sparkling wine bottle.
Cost Efficiency
Only charge your bottle with CO2
at the end of service.
Pour the Wine
Remove the cork and foil around the neck. Pour the sparkling wine.
Using the Sparkling Stopper
Raise Locking Handle until you can see unlock symbol. Place Sparkling Stopper on bottle.
Firmly press down the Locking Handle till the unlock symbol and further push it down until handle is flush. Significant force may be required.
Charging the Sparkling Wine Bottle
Align Sparkling Charger on top of Sparkling Stopper and press straight down firmly until you hear CO2 releasing into bottle.
Hold until the Status Indicator turns from red to green or you hear gas stop.
Store bottle in refrigerator on its side for best preservation results.
Installing a Coravin Pure® CO2 Capsule
Slide latch cover up with the Coravin Logo to reveal door latches. Squeeze door latches with the arrows firmly and pull open to reveal Capsule Bay Release. Slide Release up to open Capsule Bay.
Insert new Coravin Pure Sparkling CO2 Capsule, black cap UP. Close Capsule Bay firmly until you hear audible click. Close the door latch firmly and check the Status Indicator goes back from red to green.
DO NOT open door latches until Status Indicator is red.
